๐ Who is the QA Tester?
ย
The QA tester assists with quality assurance testing for our digital projects. This role is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for inconsistencies, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers, content teams, and project managers.

In this role, you can expect to:
- Conduct thorough content and formatting reviews to identify inconsistencies and missing elements.
- Perform device testing across desktop, tablet, and mobile to ensure responsiveness.
- Identify and report minor code-related display issues using basic HTML and CSS knowledge.
- Verify proper metadata, alt text, and heading structures for SEO compliance.
- Review and confirm content updates in content management systems like Sitefinity, Kentico, and WordPress.
- Check all internal and external links for accuracy and functionality.
- Log and track issues using Bugherd, Jira, Workfront, or similar tools.
ย This is a temporary, project-based role.
๐ What do You Need?
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies and errors.
- CMS experience (Sitefinity, Kentico, WordPress, or similar).
- Basic HRML and CSS knowledge for identifying minor formatting/display issues.
- Excellent communication skills to report issues clearly and effectively.
- Strong critical thinking skills to identify content inconsistencies and suggested improvements.
- Ability to collaborate with developers, content teams, and project managers.
