Senior Security Engineer, Cloud

Wolfe is growing, and we need a passionate Senior Security Engineer, Cloud to help us scale.

The Company

Wolfe, LLC, is an e-commerce company, located in Pittsburgh, PA, focused on next-generation gifting business models.

We are well known for being the company that started the first coupon website in 1995 which sold to a public company in 2000, at the peak of the dot-com era, when we were delivering 20 million page views per month. We then built Direct Response Technologies; grew it to 70 employees; and sold it to Digital River in 2006. We spun off Jambo Media with our tech team and sold it to Undertone in 2012.

We built and focused on GiftCards.com from 2006 to 2016 and sold it to Blackhawk Network. We had over 100 employees who have shared in our profits.

Today, Wolfe Companies include several brands that are revolutionizing gifting, such as Gift Card Granny, PerfectGift, GiftYa, Give InKind and Reaf Marketing. We have roughly 160 employees and contractors. We are experiencing triple-digit growth year over year. Responsibility:

• Strong understanding of cloud security models, protocols and systems.
• Monitor and analyze cloud security tools and technologies for potential risks.
• Develop best practices and processes for cloud security.
• Implement security measures to protect the cloud infrastructure from external threats.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure the security of the cloud environment.
• Continuously enhance cloud security technologies and services in designated security domains.
• Analyze, design, and create applications, tests and infrastructure automation tools.
• Experience in a fast-based environment and must be able to think quickly and creatively to solve problems.
• Must have a passion for security and the ambition to drive the security of our cloud infrastructure.
• Must have experience with AWS and knowledge of Azure/GCP.

Qualification:

• 3-5 years of AWS Security experience
• Strong communication skills
• Extensive experience with cloud security technologies and process
• Expert knowledge of security best practices and industry standards
• Proven track record in developing and implementing security policies and procedures
• Understanding of network security protocols
• Ability to develop and maintain security architecture
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Highly knowledgeable in implementing cloud security technologies.
• Must be a team-oriented individual who emphasizes the effective accomplishment of team objectives.
• Must be familiar with security frameworks including NIST CSF, OWASP DSOMM, CSA STAR and CCM.
• Certifications recommended: CCSP, AWS Certified – Security, GCSA, CISSP
