Contribute to analysis, design, and implementation of technology solutions enabling important business capabilities for departments within the 10th District and for business lines more broadly within the Federal Reserve System.
Actively engage with complex and diverse technical teams to learn applied concepts of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with an emphasis on agile development and best practices.
Serve as a “consultant” or advocate to the business by collaborating with customers to formulate technology strategies that facilitate the realization of business goals and objectives.
Perform peer reviews using software engineering principles, patterns, and development guidelines.
Review and analyzes business and technical requirements, and implements technical solutions to meet those requirements
Basic Qualifications
Typically requires at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree specializing in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), or a closely related field, from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of directly related education and/or experience.
Demonstrated proficiency with some of the following technologies and not limited to, Java, Net, SQL, C#, JavaScript, HTML, Python, Angular, Grails, Wagtail.
Experience using modern CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tooling (e.g. Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, GitLab, Maven, Nexus, Fortify, Sonar, etc.).
Demonstrated proficiency with Agile software development principles.
Strong organizational, project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Recent experience supporting AWS and Azure cloud based solutions
Microsoft Power Platform experience
