This is a hybrid role based out of our state-of-the-art distribution center in Fort Worth, TX, and is required to be onsite 3 days per week.

This role offers a base salary + 10% annual target bonus.

Position Summary:
Are you a rockstar recruiter with a knack for finding the perfect fit from entry-level warehouse workers to senior operations managers? Ingram Micro is #hiringnow for a Senior Recruiter who can tackle any role with finesse and flair! Our scope of work ranges from warehouse operations to industrial engineering to cloud sales.

The Gig:

As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll source top-notch candidates for a wide spectrum of roles. From hourly warehouse crews to the strategic maestros leading our operations, you’ll be casting the net far and wide to snag the best talent out there.

What You’ll Do:

  • Sharpen your recruiting skills to scout, engage, and hire candidates across various levels and departments.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and craft tailored recruitment plans.
  • Harness your creativity to explore innovative sourcing methods and keep our candidate pipeline fresh.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, spreading the word about why Ingram Micro is the place to be.
  • Dive into the world of data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and optimize processes.
  • Makes recommendations to hiring managers on competitive compensation packages and facilitates negotiations.

Education Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Four-year college degree preferred (or additional relevant experience in a related field). Minimum 5 years position-specific experience.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $80,400.00 - $136,700.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
