What we do:

Our team of Psychiatry Providers and Mental Health Therapists treat all mental health and substance use disorders to a patient population of age 6 and up. Our philosophy is to incorporate all areas of care into a patient's well-being. We believe in a “no wrong door” treatment model that finds ways to say “yes” to any patient referral rather than a multitude of exclusionary criteria found elsewhere.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft Cloud Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our cloud infrastructure, including Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure Active Directory), Power Automate, Microsoft Intune, and Windows Defender. This role involves automating workflows, ensuring security compliance, and providing support for cloud-based applications and services.

Key Areas of Ownership:

• Azure Resource Management:
  • Provision, configure, and manage Azure resources such as virtual machines, storage accounts, and networking components.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance and health of cloud services.
• Identity and Access Management:
  • Manage Microsoft Entra (Azure Active Directory) to ensure secure and efficient identity and access management.
  • Implement dynamic membership rules and automate group management.
• Automation and Scripting:
  • Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows to automate repetitive tasks and streamline business processes.
  • Use PowerShell scripts to enhance automation and manage cloud resources.
• Device and Application Management:
  • Enroll and manage devices using Microsoft Intune.
  • Deploy and manage applications, configure compliance policies, and implement app protection policies.
• Security and Compliance:
  • Implement security baselines and conditional access policies to protect cloud environments.
  • Manage and configure Windows Defender to ensure endpoint protection and compliance.
  • Monitor and respond to security threats and incidents.
• Collaboration and Support:
  • Work closely with other IT teams to deliver integrated cloud solutions.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for cloud-based applications and services.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in cloud administration, with a focus on Microsoft Azure, Entra, Power Automate, Intune, and Windows Defender.
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management, automation, and scripting.
• Experience with PowerShell and other scripting languages.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

 

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
