Public Sector Senior Technical Project Manager

Serving within the ZeroFox Public Sector Services (PSS) department as a Senior Technical Project Manager, the candidate will act as a liaison between various internal and external stakeholders in service of a major federal account, on location in Huntsville, Alabama. In this role, you will exceed client expectations and drive value by serving as a trusted technical advisor, primary support contact, and aligned resource to your dedicated customer. You will do this by proactively updating the customer’s platform, creating reporting that clearly shows the effectiveness of their solution, providing ongoing education and being the internal ZeroFox advocate for your customer’s needs. Other important skills include being technically competent on the ZeroFox SaaS platform. Candidates with experience with setup and delivery of similar SaaS products will be given priority consideration. Other duties will consist of tracking, requirements gathering, presentations, providing training, briefings and reports, and ongoing service management. Discretion, teamwork, and creativity are a must.

Role and responsibilities 

• Provide advice and guidance as the subject matter expert to ensure successful ongoing usage of and value from the ZeroFox platform configuration in Customer environments and use-cases
• Act as the primary technical support lead for all requests for new platform configuration and changes to use cases within the customer environment. Work with the customer on an ongoing basis, attending all recommended calls and meetings
• Undertake discovery and education activities to identify opportunities for ZeroFox usage across organizational functions and processes
• Engaging with ZeroFox internal organizations including Product, Customer Operations, Services, etc. as the customer advocate on product roadmap discussions and ongoing service needs
• Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of ZeroFox service options
• Help to document best practices in developing and using ZeroFox solutions
• Manage contract deliverables & marshal resources to deliver against contract objectives, requirements, and potential contract platform and service expansion
• Promote Platform engagement and develop KPIs that can be shared with the customer and internal management regarding the health of the project and account
• Understand Company products and services and how they can be used to solve customer problems

Requirements

Required qualifications and skills 

• Minimum of 10 years' relevant work experience
• Experience with SaaS-based platform configuration and maintenance for enterprise organizations
• Experience with business development and/or project management
• Technical expertise in cyber security, computer science or related field
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills and the ability to deliver business-oriented briefings and analysis to client personnel
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficient in Google Suite of programs:
• Security requirements: Must have one of the following: Top Secret clearance
• Secret clearance with a Tier 5 10-year background check
• Former military with active military ID

Desired qualifications and skills

• Experience working with the US Military, US Law Enforcement or US Government
• Experience with requirements gathering and definition, customer engagement, product/market fit analysis
• Prior experience with threat intelligence, network security, security operations, and information technology functions
• Hands-on experience with cyber security tools
• Experience with software development or scripting, databases, using APIs, prototyping technical solutions
• Experience with contracting processes
• PMP Certification
