Registered Dietitian (RD) / Clinical Nutritionist - Cornell Outpatient Nutrition

Bring your experience to the clinical nutrition team at NewYork-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center. Here, you will work with a dynamic team to provide comprehensive medical nutrition/lactation counseling for diverse perinatal and pediatric populations in outpatient settings. You will have the opportunity enables the advantage of an outstanding skilled dietitian/lactation consultant working closely with pediatric and perinatal providers and leveraging telehealth technologies to ensure exceptional patient centered care for our patients and families.

This is a full time, day shift position, Monday - Friday.

Preferred Criteria

• Master’s Degree
• Outpatient nutrition experience
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
• International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)

Required Criteria

• Baccalaureate Degree granted by a U.S. regionally accredited college/university or foreign equivalent
• Completion of an ACEND accredited/approved Supervised Practice Program in Dietetics
• Current registration with the CDR
• Current certification by the State of New York as a Certified Dietitian/Nutritionist
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nutrition experience
• Knowledge of medical nutrition therapy, patient counseling skills
