Responsibilities
Spearhead the design and implementation of the next-generation Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), focusing on enhancing the efficiency and scalability of multiple logistics functions.
Lead the engineering team in architecting innovative solutions for warehouse operations, including upgrades to the fulfillment center system, optimization of inbound logistics, and advancements in inventory management.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address inefficiencies within the logistics chain, leveraging technology to streamline processes and ensure seamless operations.
Mentor junior team members, offering guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence within the department.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Must have a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Mathematics or a related field, and two years of related work experience; or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Mathematics or a related field, and five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience.

Must have one year of experience in each of the following skills:
Designing and constructing systems to uphold high throughput, low latency and fault tolerant services, providing guidance for manual operations and digitizing it;
Working with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical requirements;
Managing databases to support online real-time record storage, analysis, efficiency optimization and exception identification, using data tools including Flink, Kafka and Kibana;
Crafting and executing unit tests, integration tests, and collaborative end-to-end tests with the front-end to ensure the sustainability and robustness of functions, including in an unstablenetwork environment, utilizing both HTTP and RPC;
Designing and implementing real time alerting and monitoring tools for production systems, facilitating seamless interaction with offline operational components; and
Conducting functional negotiation, end-to-end workflow debugging, and troubleshooting in a production environment.

Travel Requirement: International Travel up to 10% required.

Salary Range: $226158 - $250000 per year
