Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Assuming responsibility for the interface between the business and IT with regard to the CRM system and its technical capabilities 
• Implementing and designing technical solutions and interfaces 
• Overseeing and conducting technical assessments and trainings 
• Assuming responsibility for requirements engineering throughout the entire product development process 
• Ensuring the provisional of system design elements, such as data migration and business rules 
• Supporting agile working Methods

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Degree with focus on IT
• A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in a technical context 
• Relevant experience with customer solutions such as Salesforce 
• Agile mindset, persuasiveness and strong intercultural communication skills 
• Very good English language skills (C-Level)

 

Desirable extras.

• German language skills
• Experience in a global Matrix organisation
