About This Job
The Sr. Client Associate will assist with oversight in designated core areas of the Treasury Management Client Services and Onboarding team's scope of responsibility. They will provide tier-2 level customer support and complex systems' troubleshooting, as required. Implement complex array of Treasury Management products and partner with Treasury Management Sales Officers providing consultative support. Apply in-depth knowledge of systems, functions and procedures to identify and resolve quality issues and to ensure operational integrity.Responsibilities:
- Provide consultative advice regarding the configuration of electronic payables and receivables solutions
- Assist with customer and partner integrations
- Support online platforms including sending customer bulletins and opening vendor tickets when outages occur.
- Support the Treasury Management Team with timely and accurate responses and assist with implementation of new products, testing and or enhancements/release.
- Project manage the setup of complex treasury management services, perform customer file testing, and setup customer transmissions for payment origination and information reporting
- Lead customer training and perform installation of services post onboarding of new Treasury Management Services. Articulate features and benefits to ensure customer understanding and proper use of services
- Ensuring the accuracy of customer documentation; tracking customer onboarding to ensure customer expectations and SLA's are met
- Providing complex technical support, consultation, and troubleshooting when required
- Assist with other operational tasks as assigned, including the development of reports and procedures
