The Senior Manager, New Product Development Commercial Readiness, APAC will play an integral role in managing the execution of our product strategy in the APAC markets. The Senior Manager, New Product Development Commercial Readiness, APAC will coordinate closely with cross-functional team members on key deliverables and drive the interface to our APAC markets. The right individual will have a collaborative working style with an enthusiasm for making connections with cross-functional co-workers, creative problem-solving, a strong sense of ownership, and a desire to work with international markets. The Senior Manager, New Product Development Commercial Readiness, APAC will report directly to the VP, New Product Development Commercial Readiness, APAC in SharkNinja's Needham HQ.

Responsibilities:

  • APAC Budget Ownership - Develop, manage, and track the APAC budget for NPD initiatives, partnering closely with Finance.
  • Roadmap Development and Tracking - Partner with Product Development (PD) to ensure the annual roadmap development process is executed. Ensure there is a check-in process to maintain full alignment on projects and clear, supportable timings.
  • APAC Resource Tracking Process Ownership - Partner with cross-functional teams to establish measures that verify APAC assigned resources are fully dedicated to APAC product development efforts.
  • Monthly APAC NPD Reporting - Own the process for monthly APAC NPD reporting, including conducting meetings with all APAC Managing Directors and the APAC President on status and help needed.
  • Artwork / Collateral Prioritization - Own the process for prioritizing artwork and collateral, working closely with the Creative organization.
  • Market Level Playbooks - Drive the development of market-level playbooks, outlining requirements by markets to support new project kickoffs and team member onboarding.
  • APAC New Team Member Onboarding Process Owner - Manage the onboarding process for new team members in the APAC region.
  • Ad-Hoc Projects - Handle ad-hoc projects, including process outlines and finding potential options to improve timelines.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in marketing or communications) or equivalent experience 
  • 5-7 years prior Product, Program Management, or Marketing experience
  • Consumer-packaged goods + International Business experience preferred
  • Travel probable (3-4 trips per year)
  • Availability for early morning and evening meetings weekly
