I'm seeking a dedicated and detail oriented assistant to join my team. As the owner of a preschool, I need help with a variety of tasks, including, but not limited to basic marketing and administrative tasks, data entry, supply gathering, client communication. This person must have proficient written and oral communication, know basic graphic design, detail oriented, clean driving record and love children and pets. Additional responsibilities include transporting my kids, ages 6 and 10, light housekeeping, laundry, organization, and other household management tasks .  As an personal assistant, you will work primarily out of my home, with occasionally working at two school locations. 
 Key Responsibilities:

• Basic marketing and event coordination
• Supervise and transport children indoors and outdoors, ensuring their safety and well-being
• Household management, including meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, misc chores
• Communicate transparently and positively
• Maintain clean and organized setting
• Various errands pertaining to school and home
• Work hours M - F, 10am -6:30pm

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• Shows empathy and compassion for young children
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, children and families
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children

Compensation: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
