The Role

At Kyndryl, we’re transforming how businesses operate through cloud innovation. As a Business Execution Lead for Google Cloud Platform (GCP), you will help shape that transformation.

You will define and drive digital transformation strategy and solutions with our clients on GCP. You’ll use your deep GCP expertise to design solutions that solve real business challenges and guide customers through their digital transformation journey. You will also lead program execution across sales to drive pipeline, delivery, and capability development, working with global teams and strategic partners to deliver meaningful results.

What you’ll be doing

As the Business Execution Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind our global GCP programs. You’ll:

• Lead program strategy and execution: Coordinate and manage the global GCP strategy, ensuring alignment across countries, customers, and internal teams.
• Analyze pipeline and project data: Track sales pipeline and project milestones to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for intervention.
• Engage stakeholders across the business: Collaborate with Cloud Practice leaders, Alliances, Country teams, CTOs, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Run governance and competency processes: Lead GCP governance forums and drive growth through structured collaboration with alliance partners.
• Deliver key programs: Oversee initiatives like sales/technical enablement, executive sponsorship, onboarding improvements, and adoption of GCP innovations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 15+ years of experience in business development and architecting solutions
• 2+ years of experience managing complex GCP programs or projects
• Strong understanding of sales pipeline and capability development processes
• Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMI)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• PMP certification or equivalent
• Experience working directly with Google Cloud or other hyperscalers
• Familiarity with onboarding and delivery processes in cloud environments
• Strategic thinking and ability to manage ambiguity in a global matrixed organization

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $173,280 to $329,280 based on a
