Coach product managers, data scientists, engineers, and clinical partners on agile principles and how they apply in a complex healthcare environment

Maintain clear visibility into tasks, issues, risks, and action items across squads, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks as work moves through the delivery cycle
Plan and organize sprint demos and product testing events, ensuring the right stakeholders are involved and that feedback loops are tight and productive
Collaborate across IT, clinical, and operational teams to ensure the right people are engaged at the right time and that resource gaps do not quietly become delivery problems

Support onboarding of new team members and champion a culture of continuous improvement across the AI product function
