Description:

Join our team in a picturesque town near Springfield, MA, nestled close to VT and NH (no tax), with easy access to nearby colleges. We are a 200-person site specializing in producing extruded polymer films for various industries, including medical devices, electronics, automotive, and passport covers. As a Production Engineer, you'll provide day-to-day support, drive Six Sigma initiatives, lead equipment design and installation, and champion safety measures. This opportunity arises due to a promotion and reports to the Production Manager, overseeing a team of three other process engineers. Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in films, chemicals, extruded products, injection molding, or food industries.
• Previous Six Sigma experience is a significant advantage, along with proficiency in CAD, Minitab, and SAP.
