Role Overview: As a Senior Product Manager, you will be accountable for functional, business, and broad company objectives. This position is primarily on-site, with occasional remote work flexibility. You will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, be involved in long-term planning, manage complex issues within your area of expertise, and contribute to the overall business strategy.
- Develop and implement processes to meet business needs across the organization.
- Engage in long-term planning and manage complex issues within your functional area.
- Influence policy and ensure delivery across large and/or diverse sales territories.
- Recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services based on industry trends.
- Lead teams to find creative solutions for complex projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers.
- Evaluate the quality of information received and question conflicting data for analysis.
- Communicate complex messages and negotiate internally to adopt different points of view.
- Influence peers to take action and negotiate with external partners, vendors, or customers.

Required Qualifications:
- Significant experience in Product Management.
- Knowledge level comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Established project management skills.

Additional Information:
- Full-time position with standard business hours.
- Background and drug screening required.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.
