We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative individual to lead the development and management of our performance analytics platform. This role involves leveraging various AI capabilities, including natural language processing (NLP), to create and enhance AI-driven reporting products. You will work closely with engineering and design teams to build solutions that drive value and outcomes for large, successful companies.

**US Citizenship requirements- as this role supports services provided to the federal government and/or a federal government contractor, proof will be required to verify US citizenship status at time of hire.**

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the roadmap for the Reporting, Analytics & AI Platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
• Platform Development: Drive the evolution of scalable reporting, analytics, and AI capabilities, focusing on cost-effective scalability.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Partner with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to identify and prioritize features that enhance usability, adoption, and impact.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and business teams to deliver innovative solutions that support reporting, advanced analytics, and AI-driven insights.
• Customization & Governance: Establish strong customization governance to balance configurable solutions with cost-effective scalability.
• AI & Advanced Analytics: Lead the integration of AI/ML capabilities to enhance reporting automation, predictive analytics, and business intelligence.
• Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
• Metrics & Performance Tracking: Define key success metrics, monitor adoption, and continuously optimize platform performance.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience: 7+ years in analytics, reporting, and AI-driven platforms. Strong knowledge of data platforms, BI tools, AI/ML applications, and enterprise reporting solutions (AWS specific technologies is a plus).
• Skills: Exceptional communication skills, proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, and a track record of successfully managing products through their entire lifecycle.
• Additional Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, leadership and project management skills, customer-focused mindset, creativity, and strong emotional intelligence.
