<p>Ideal candidate will be based in Ohio with the ability to come into the Dublin, OH office monthly and quarterly.</p><p></p><p><b>What Risk Management contributes to Cardinal Health</b></p><p>Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.</p><p></p><p>Risk Management identifies property, casualty and executive risks, recommends risk transfer solutions and administers risk transfer programs. This family mitigates retained risk via loss prevention and loss control programs. This family also analyzes strategic, operational, economic, regulatory and compliance risks and facilitates mitigation strategies (e.g., business continuity) to address those risks.</p><p></p><p><b><i>Responsibilities</i></b></p><p>This role is as a member of the Risk Management team reporting to Manager, Global Risk Management to support various department goals and <span>objectives. This</span> role will specifically support The Specialty Alliance, a Cardinal Health subsidiary that supports independent specialty practices by providing the infrastructure, resources, and scale needed to grow while preserving physician leadership and clinical independence. Built for specialists, by specialists, we exist to empower the foremost physician-led groups in gastroenterology and urology-helping them thrive through scale, infrastructure, and innovation without compromising clinical independence.
