Global Web Editor

We are looking for an experienced specialist to join our consumer-centric project and help drive operational excellence across our global and local websites. You'll be part of, and collaborate with, a highly skilled international team, which is responsible for all web operations and continuous improvement.

Along with a broad range of technical and content management tasks, you'll play an important role in operating a best-in-class web experience aligned with our business objectives. Therefore, various ad-hoc requests and priorities also need to be considered and implemented, such as SEO and load speed related web tasks to drive positive impact of the website performance.

Key responsibilities

As a Global Web Editor, you will:

• Be part of a team responsible for developing, maintaining and improving our global and regional websites (based on Sitecore CMS)
• Upload, edit and optimize content and various pages e.g., articles, stories, product pages, landing pages, forms etc.
• Have responsibilities around setting up layout of and editing different landing pages and subpages
• Support roll-out of entire websites to new markets or web improvements including hyper care of live websites
• Perform UATs (User Acceptance Testing) of websites before go-live
• Continually identify, implement and maintain ideas, suggestions, and improvements to enhance the consumer and web experience based on observations, analyses, and market trends
• Interact, support and collaborate with developers, UI/UX designers, content producers, content strategist, SEO experts, CRO specialist, regional webmasters and many more
• Collaborate and work closely with a variety of stakeholders.

Who we are looking for  

An experienced team player who is agile and thrives in an evolving environment.

The ideal candidate has a relevant degree within Marketing, IT, Web Design, Business, or similar, combined with solid experience within web operations, web design, web development or similar, for example from a position as Web Master, Web Editor or Digital Editor in a global company.

You are a structured and organized person with good communication skills. You should be self-driven and take responsibility for your tasks.

Additionally, you are proactive and show drive to make suggestions and implement improvements together with the team to improve the overall web performance.

You thrive in an international environment and know how to act local and think global. Further, you enjoy being part of a diverse team, where we are a team of professionals who also make sure there is time for social interaction and building our relationships.

Furthermore you:

• Are team-oriented and able to collaborate and communicate well with different stakeholders
• Are proactive and comfortable working independently as well as in teams
• Are fluent in both written and spoken English
• Have experience with Sitecore CMS or similar
