What you do:

Fund Services is responsible for the daily operational activities related to mutual fund and ETF operations for AIM, LLC, including daily valuation and pricing, performance, reporting and due diligence.  We ask that you provide solid teamwork with highly developed interpersonal skills as part of a cross functional team while developing relationships across the business.  You have a desire for learning new things quickly in an ever-changing environment.  You will report to the AIM VP – Advisory Solutions.

·       Ensure execution of risk-focused oversight model that addresses the Funds’ and ETFs’ operations including custody, accounting, valuation, and financial reporting.

·       Responsible for confirmation and reconciliation of trade orders and the daily closing of books and records.

·       Support all operational processes required by Rule 2a-5 including fair value process with Fund Administrator and pricing vendors.  Participant in Valuation Committee and support required Fund Board reporting efforts.

·       Participate in several fund-related programs, such as new product launches, fund mergers or liquidations and new / changing Regulatory Rules.  Display ability to take on new and challenging assignments.

·       Review all fund-related regulatory filings; Participate in efforts to respond to regulatory requests and inquiries related to the funds, collaborating with legal and compliance partners.

·       Develop materials to provide periodic reporting to management regarding results of oversight model, status of projects and issue resolution.

 

What you bring:

·       4 - 5 years’ experience required: Knowledge of operations of mutual funds and/or ETFs, with ETF operations being the preference, Knowledge of Fair Valuation Rule (SEC Rule 2a-5)

·       Mutual Fund accounting experience

·       Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

·       Programing, Development or Technical skills a plus  

·       Four-year degree required
