This includes the entire lifecycle, from ideation, prototyping, and experimentation to deployment, optimization, and monitoring in production environments</span></li> <li><span>You increase efficiency and time-to-market by implementing re-usable artificial intelligence models, and data-driven solutions</span></li> <li><span>Collaborate in cross-functional teams, working closely with business stakeholders and technical experts to bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions</span></li> <li><span>Engage stakeholders as a trusted consultant, facilitating workshops, uncovering business needs, and translating them into actionable AI use cases and solution designs, while leveraging strong communication skills to adapt to different audiences and organizational levels</span></li> <li><span>Shape and strengthen our team culture by mentoring junior colleagues, contributing to internal initiatives and technical working groups, support knowledge sharing, and fostering collaboration across teams</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span> </span></strong></p> <p><strong><span>Your Profile</span></strong><span> – authentic &amp; open-minded  </span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><span>Degree or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field</span></li> <li><span>Several years of experience as a Data Scientist, including hands-on development of end-to-end AI/ML solutions and solid knowledge across multiple Data Science domains (e.g. generative AI, time series forecasting)</span></li> <li><span>Professional experience in energy trading or related activities and a deep understanding of physical and financial energy trading, algorithmic trading, and its unique challenges</span></li> <li><span>Strong coding skills in Python </span></li> <li><span>Expertise in machine learning frameworks and libraries (scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLlib, Azure ML)</span></li> <li><span>Practical experience building scalable pipelines in cloud environments, especially in Azure with a strong focus on MLOps practices</span></li> <li><span>Proficiency in modern software development practices (version control (Git), CI/CD, monitoring, testing, and automation)</span></li> <li><span>Excellent communication and consulting skills, able to translate complex data topics into clear business value</span></li> <li><span>Fluent in German and English </span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><span>Our Benefits</span></strong><span> – smart &amp; useful​</span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><span>Enjoy hybrid work: We combine office collaboration with focused work from home.
