About the role

The leader of Sales Operations supports our go-to-market teams, ensuring a tight linkage between Product Led Growth, Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success. They work in close partnership with Finance and Analytics to ensure that our GTM plans and execution align with the short and long term direction of the business. This leader will partner with Asana business teams to optimize processes for maximum efficiency and accuracy while thinking about how to optimize the entire buying funnel to reduce friction for our sellers and our customers.

This role manages our Global Operations teams for Sales Operations, Planning, Process and Productivity as well as the GTM Systems team.

 What you’ll achieve

  • Work with finance teams to plan hiring, headcount timing, and annual planning as well as managing territory & regional account planning for all GTM teams
  • Develop our GTM compensation and quota plans, making them the top motivating plans in the industry
  • Proactively guide business outcomes across the GTM funnel -- using data to model & make suggestions on growth and improvement areas
  •  In collaboration with analytics provide key reporting & actionable data across the revenue processes
  • Own the Asana GTM tech stack for tools and training
  •  Ensure that Asana source system data models are sound and work efficiently with downstream in our analytics systems
  •  Move operational metrics around revenue and sales activities in analytics and the source systems, ie SFDC.
  • Help update and adjust price books along with customer value selling kits to show quantifiable impact for our customers

About you

  • Strong understanding, affinity, and appreciation for good systems architecture.
  • Consumption based pricing model experience
  • Previous history in designing and rolling out comp models (quota plans & compensation models)
  • Solid reporting skills with a focus on helping the GTM teams plan ahead
  • Extensive SFDC experience
  • Experience managing and leading sales qualification teams
  • Have driven new market expansion - new geos and verticals
  • Scale experience -- have helped previous orgs grown in fast moving environments

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $269,000 - $363,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
