Trinity Management, LLC seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician & Groundskeeper.

Our Maintenance Technicians and Groundskeepers are critical members of the team, providing mechanical maintenance, janitorial services, and grounds care to ensure a safe, clean, and aesthetically pleasing environment for our residents. Responsibilities of this position include fulfilling work orders, preparing vacant apartments for re-rental, scheduled cleaning of common areas, performing seasonal grounds maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, and maintaining building interiors and exteriors. Maintenance Technicians will also prepare surfaces for painting, handle general repairs, and maintain the organization of utility and mechanical rooms.

Groundskeeper Responsibilities:

  • Provides routine lawn maintenance, including mowing and trimming using landscape equipment.
  • Executes spring and fall landscape clean-ups, including edging, mulching, lawn prep, and fall leaf clean-ups.
  • Trims shrubs and weeds in mulched shrub beds and performs seasonal landscape projects like planting flowers and shrubs, watering grounds, and reseeding lawns.
  • Sweeps walkways and keeps all common areas, including entranceways, free of debris and safe.
  • Assists with trash removal and delivers notices or newsletters to apartments.
  • Completes snow removal and ice melt treatments using snow removal equipment.
  • Reports any maintenance needs or repairs to the management office.

A successful candidate will have:

  • A broad knowledge of maintenance and repairs, and experience in groundskeeping or property management.
  • The physical ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently, and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
  • A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service to our residents.

Specific logistical details include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
  • 40 hours per week
  • 15 days Paid Time Off
  • $19/hour
