- Stakeholder Communication: Clearly articulate product vision, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders, including executives and cross-functional teams. Ensure transparency and alignment across the organization.
- Performance & Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and iterate on product strategies.
- Innovation & Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies. Drive innovation within the product team and across the organization, exploring new opportunities to enhance Klaviyo's product offerings.
- Technical Depth: Demonstrate a deep understanding of technology, architecture, and product development. Engage with engineering teams to address technical challenges, unblock issues, and ensure product scalability and reliability.
What We’re Looking For:
- 12+ years in product management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale products and initiatives in a SaaS environment; experience defining and executing product strategies for backend infrastructure teams highly preferred.
- 7+ years leading and developing product leaders and managers; proven ability to inspire, scale, and transform organizations.
- Strong technical depth in distributed systems, data platforms, and database technologies, with the ability to engage in architecture discussions and guide technical trade-offs
