Position Summary
The Business Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a business, ensuring that the organization is managed smoothly and efficiently. This role involves a wide range of activities including decision-making, managing, and allocating resources, setting strategic goals, and implementing operational policies.What will your job entail?
Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations to ensure they are carried out efficiently and effectively.
• Develop operational policies and procedures to improve overall business performance.
• Manage and allocate resources such as personnel and budget to meet operational needs.
• Monitor operational performance and make necessary adjustments to meet business objectives.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure operational alignment with business strategy.
• Implement operational best practices and standards for operational excellence.
• Manage operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing operations team.
• Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.
Work Experience and Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with 5 years of related experience; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
Licenses & Certifications:
· Certified Operations Manager (COM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.
