Role Summary:

The Business Management Analyst works closely with members of the Strategic Outsourcing Oversight Team to ensure successful execution of TRP led business initiatives with strategic third parties (e.g. – FIS, SS&C) through data analysis, reporting, and project management. This associate will support delivery of technology and product solutions Secondarily, this role will support Digital Platform Operations and Incident/Error Management by coordinating escalation, research, and follow up with stakeholders. They autonomously exercise judgment and discretion in analyzing progress against planned milestones, risk mitigation/resolution and follow digital and operational processes for errors that have been identified. They will often act in a project and relationship management capacity, facilitating the immediate mitigation and long-term correction of sophisticated, plan-wide, or multi-plan issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Requires detailed knowledge of individual job expectations and a general understanding of related processes.  Leads projects or work streams within broader projects.
  • Accountable for work of self and sometimes others, provides process and standards advice in area of specialty.
  • Works independently, receives minimal guidance.
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
  • Provides Project Support and Analysis for large Strategic Outsourcing initiatives.
  • Works independently and exercises judgment and discretion in analyzing sophisticated or potentially high impact errors or problems through root cause analysis of operational and Plan processes, practices and all transactions that have a financial impact possibly related to that error set being reviewed.  
  • Partners with Product managers to prioritize long term resolution of issues identified.  
  • Records and tracks through resolution any issues reported through oversight.
  • Invoicing reconciliation and validation
  • Administers user access controls and certifications.
  • Receives and reviews SOC Reports
  • Conduct triage and research error remediation where research is required within TRP retained functions.
  • Support operational and contract change control project management for TRP teams.
  • Issue recording, tracking, and reporting. 

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
  • 2+ years of total relevant work experience

Preferred   

  • Strong operational/technology business knowledge 
  • Experience with senior-level presentations, incorporating technical expertise and translation of data into meaningful analysis and potential outcomes and actions.  
  • Proven ability to form and foster strong positive business relationships.  
  • Strong analytics background (Adobe Analytics proficiency helpful)  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact with all levels of the organization and external vendors.  
  • Strong attention to detail with documentation and follow up on tasks; holding others accountable for deliverables and other commitments.  
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and make decisions.  
  • Self-motivated and self-directed while possessing experience in successfully working with cross-functional teams.  
  • Proven ability to objectively recommend well-reasoned courses of action.  
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal direction.  
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for remote work up to two days a week.

Regional Requirements:

Colorado: Minimum salary (USD) range $78,000 - $133,000 Annual

*Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
