About Our Program:
Easterseals, a national nonprofit, has supported individuals with disabilities for over 50 years. Its Mental Health Residential Services delivers self-maintenance, medication education, and/or skill development for people with serious mental illness.
What You’ll Do:
• Travels throughout the state of New Jersey.
• Flexible work schedule includes evenings, nights, weekends, and/or holidays to accommodate schedules of DSP’s, employers, or other service activity.
• Communicates effectively with diverse populations.
• Collaborates with staff and participants on a cross-functional basis.
• Delivers services that achieve quality, utilization, outcome, and financial sustainability.
• Provides services that follow all licensing, regulatory, accreditation and ESNJ policies and procedures.
• Applies technology.
• Facilitates training to small and large groups.
• Ensures all training requirements are maintained in 100% compliance.
• Participates in inspections, audits, or compliance-related investigations.
