The opportunity
The Global Supply Strategy & Transformation head is overall accountable for Supply Chain processes designing deployment and effective operation, execution and coordination of the Supply Chain Function in TGO. Monitoring and continuously improving our supply chain planning capabilities through our people, processes and systems. Responsible of leading the Global Supply Chain strategy and transformation program to ensure we are in continuous improvement to be the best in class Supply Chain organization.
This position is a member of the Global Supply Chan Leadership team and will work closely with its peers in Global Supply Chain and other functions to ensure consistency and improvement in the planning practices and alignment with the Global SC goals and targets.
How you’ll spend your day
GSC focal point
- Represent GSC in different forums, in operations and in different S&Ops and other processes
- Represent the unit in the Regional S&OP forums
- Strategy deployment and PMO support to the Head of Global Supply Chain
Methodology and Transformation
- Lead the design and implementation of new digital tools and processes, such as IBP in the organization, together with IT and other partners.
- Deployment of standard supply Chain processes in ERP and satellite systems
- Manage the SCCP (Supply Chain Center of Practice), that is in charge of the methodologies, processes related to SC and planning either in the markets or the sites
- Responsible for all the SC global policies in Teva
- Bring to the GSC community all the new trends, processes and digital tools and keep updated and in some cases implement them in the company
- Manage and direct/control the different contracts of external support or consultancy in GSC
Allocations
- Responsible for the global Allocations process and partner with portfolio and other teams to bring the best allocation possible that interests Teva
- Support Global Procurement on the Risk mitigation process
- Owner of the Risk Assessment process to manage the critical products management of risk, in order to mitigate them and make sure the products are properly protected from different risks
Global Master Data Management
- Manage and guide the organization in the Master Data Management practices and decisions, with special emphasis on the SC planning data points according to the global policies.
- Establish the right mechanism to make sure the MDM policies and SC policies related to data are maintained
Global Artwork
- Manage the AW Studio in Bulgaria
- Business Owner of TevArt tool
- Design the AW process end to end
People and development
- Professional Coaching and capability building to the sites SC heads, in the various aspects of supply planning including RCCP, scheduling, inventory management and material planning
- Build and maintain communities of practice across the sites for knowledge and best practices sharing
- Lead and manage together with the HR BP the different GSC courses/trainings related to planning/SC professional topics
Your experience and qualifications
Education:
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering preferred.
- SC certification is preferred
Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management and Operations.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in SLT or a comparable role in the pharma industry.
- Proven track record of delivering strong business results in operations and supply chain.
- Demonstrated ability to manage global functional teams in a matrix environment.
- Experience leading complex large projects.
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
