ELABORAR LAS DIFERENTES COMIDAS DEL DÍA CUANDO LA RESIDENCIA TIENE COCINA PROPIA A PARTIR DE LOS MENÚS QUE HA ELABORADO LA NUTRICIONISTA Y QUE TAMBIÉN HAN SIDO SUPERVISADOS POR LA ENFERMERA DEL CENTRO Y DE TOMAR LAS MUESTRAS. ELABORACIÓN DE MENÚS: PREPARAR LAS COMIDAS DIARIAS (DESAYUNO, ALMUERZO, MERIENDA Y CENA) SIGUIENDO LAS DIRECTRICES NUTRICIONALES ESTABLECIDAS POR EL CENTRO.
