Job Overview

Komatsu is searching for a Temporary Accounting Assistant for the Longview, Texas Operations facility.  This is temporary 6 month assignment.  This role would be perfect for an individual looking to gain valuable accounting experience.

Key Job Responsibilities

1. Support month end closing

2. Perform monthly journal entries

3. Update and maintain various month-end reports

4. Reconcile General Ledger Accounts

5. Update and maintain headcount reports

6. Provide clerical support for budget and forecast templates

7. Support other functions in the Accounting dept. as needed

Qualifications/Requirements

Completed Principles/Managerial Accounting at minimum

Intermediate skill in Excel

Willingness to learn and work hard
