Summary

Exempt; full-time; 35 hours per week; Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.; full-benefits 

The Frederick County Infants and Toddlers Program delivers mandated Early Intervention services to children birth to five years of age with developmental delays or who are at risk of delays due to diagnosed medical conditions, and their families. Services are provided in natural environments, including home, childcare, and community settings. The professional duties of this position include conducting evaluations, family assessments, and providing therapeutic interventions; supports parents with managing challenging behaviors; offers short-term individual and family therapy; collaborates with service providers and community partners; participates in the development of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) with other ITP service providers and parents. Supervision is received from a FCDC Supervisor.

Please note that the upper pay range reflected in the job posting reflects possible wage rates for internal County transfers and promotions, which are calculated per County policy.  For external hires, offers are made at the base wage rate, with limited exception.
