What you will do:
- Partner with Business and HR Teams to understand their compensation needs and objectives and support on compensation-related matters, including job evaluations, salary structures, incentive plans, and pay equity.
- Evaluate job requests to ensure alignment with internal and external markets. Conducts job analysis to determine Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) classification, benchmarking against external salary surveys, and internal grade alignment.
- Maintain the job architecture, external benchmarking, and salary survey participation. Manage salary survey subscriptions and participation and analyze obtained results to assess the company's market positioning.
- Conduct pay analysis to make recommendations for various ad hoc pay transactions such as new hires, promotions, and internal equity inquiries.
- Leverage your data wizardry powers to crunch, model, and analyze data to inform and recommend market-aligned compensation program solutions.
- Administer the annual salary review, bonus, and Long Term Incentive Plan programs.
- Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures, in support of the Company’s total rewards objectives.
- Partner with HRIS to maintain SAP Success Factors job tables and compensation structure.
- Identify key improvements to compensation/rewards improve efficiency, increase automation, and leverage new tools and best practices.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders on various compensation-related projects to support key business initiatives.
- Support other Compensation / Total Rewards projects and ad-hoc analysis as needed.
What YOU need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Finance, or similar field; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Minimum of 5 years of compensation experience required.
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) a plus.
- Proficiency with a variety of software applications to include MS Office, MS Teams, and HRIS systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors).
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in analyzing and modeling large data sets
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
- Sound judgment, data-driven decision-making, and excellent follow-up
- Demonstrated ability to conduct research, analyzing classification and compensation data.
