Maintenance 1A - Maintenance Tech (Wastewater Department)

Shift: 2:00 PM-11:30 AM

Hourly Rate: $24.86 an hour + $1 shift differential

Additional: Must be able to attain a pallet jack license and Forklift License. Must have substantial computer skills. Candidates will be interviewed. Must be able to complete all training requirements successfully and attain the Industrial Pre Treatment License within 1 year of transferring into this role

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum qualifications for this position are as follows:

• Reading, writing, and math comprehension at 8th grade level.
• Ability to pass a drug and background check.
• Must pass PFT (Pulmonary function Test).
• Possess one (1) year minimum of trade or technical skill set, such as, but not limited to Welding, Electrical, HVAC, Industrial Maintenance, or Machine Shop.

REQUIRED

Required qualification for this position are as follows, but not limited to:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (i.e. GED).

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS PRE EMPLOYMENT DRUG TEST AND BACKGROUND CHECK.

MUST BE ABLE TO READ, WRITE, AND COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH.
