Maintenance Technician - Manufacturing Facility

Graceland of Lexington is currently in need of a Maintenance Technician for our Graceland Portable Buildings Manufacturing Plant. The ideal candidate for this position is an excellent multi-tasker with a can-do attitude. Graceland offers a Monday through Friday schedule with a full benefit package. 

• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Diagnostics-Using diagnostic tools to pinpoint mechanical or electrical problems
• Repairs-Performing necessary repairs
• Maintenance-Conducting routine maintenance tasks
• Documentation-keeping detailed records of repairs and services performed
• Communication-Interacting with plant management and staff, outsourcing jobs as needed, explaining repairs, and providing cost estimates
• Safety-Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines while working with potentially hazardous materials and equipment

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience in general maintenance preferred. Will train the right candidate.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to maintenance activities.
