Summary
Texas Children's Hospital and Baylor College of Medicine are seeking a board certified or board eligible pediatric surgeon to join our team of well-respected surgeons. This unique faculty position offers an excellent opportunity to cultivate a clinical practice in a rapidly growing area within the Woodlands, where Texas Children's Hospital has a freestanding children's hospital. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive pediatric surgical services in the inpatient and outpatient settings. While this position will have close ties to the program at Texas Children's Main Campus in the Texas Medical Center, the goal will be to provide a comprehensive service that is the foundation for high-quality, safe care in the Woodlands TCH hospital. In addition, there will be opportunities to develop multidisciplinary clinical teams with a full spectrum of pediatric and surgical subspecialists.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Education: MD; successful completion of the ACGME Pediatric Surgery Residency
- Minimum Job Experience: Related experience required.
- Minimum Certification, Licensure, and Registration: Board eligibility in Pediatric Surgery
