The Heater Poker Tournament dates will be January 7, 2026 - January 19, 2026

THE JOB:
As a Poker Tournament Dealer, you will bring energy, professionalism, and precision to every hand you deal. In this fast-paced environment, you’ll ensure games are conducted smoothly and fairly while creating an engaging and enjoyable atmosphere for every guest. With your sharp attention to detail, strong game knowledge, and friendly demeanor, you will help deliver the exceptional experiences that make each tournament unforgettable. Your role is key in our mission to own the guest experience and create WOW moments they will carry with them long after their stay.

THE STARTING RATE: $5.55 an hour + tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Responsible for the accuracy of table bank

• Responsible for compliance of gaming regulations

• Explain rules and answer questions for guests

• Notify the shift supervisor of irregularities in customer play

• Responsible for the accuracy of table pot and table rake

• Develop customer relations and facilitate usage of the one club card

• Assist in poker room operation as needed

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Holds a High School Diploma or GED

• Has extensive knowledge of all poker games and procedures

• 1+ years of prior relevant Poker Dealing experience
