Designer - Social Media & Paid Ads (Stealth Startup)

Check it out!)</strong><br/><br/><p><strong>Designer – Social Media &amp; Paid Ads</strong><br/><em>Stealth Company</em></p><p>We’re looking for a designer who’s fluent in the visual language of social media and performance marketing. Someone who knows how to design assets that don’t just look good — they convert.</p><p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Design static and motion assets for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Meta Ads</p></li><li><p>Develop visuals in collaboration with influencers and content creators with large audiences</p></li><li><p>Translate creative concepts into scroll-stopping visuals tailored for each platform</p></li><li><p>Work closely with media and strategy teams to test variations and optimize for performance</p></li><li><p>Stay on top of visual trends, platform-specific formats, and audience behavior</p></li><li><p>Adapt influencer or UGC-style content into polished creative for paid campaigns</p></li></ul><p><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Solid experience designing for social media and performance campaigns</p></li><li><p>Strong portfolio showing work with influencers, large social pages, or DTC brands</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator) – motion design is a big plus</p></li><li><p>Understanding of visual storytelling for short-form content and mobile-first design</p></li><li><p>Comfort working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment</p></li><li><p>Bonus: experience in creating content for A/B testing and rapid iteration</p></li></ul>
