Our established private practice in Gaithersburg is seeking a dedicated and professional team member to join our patient-centered ENT clinic. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality, specialized care in a collaborative environment that moves away from the "corporate" medical model.
We are looking for a candidate who balances clinical precision with a warm, approachable demeanor to ensure our patients feel supported from diagnosis through recovery.
Primary Responsibilities
Clinical Support: Assist in comprehensive ENT examinations, including nasal endoscopy, ear cleanings, and minor in-office procedures.
Patient Navigation: Educate patients on treatment plans, pre-operative instructions, and post-operative care with clarity and professionalism.
Practice Efficiency: Manage patient flow and clinical documentation within our EMR system to ensure a seamless office experience.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with our physicians and audiologists to provide integrated care for complex sinus, hearing, and throat disorders.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in an ENT or surgical subspecialty is preferred, but we value a quick learner with strong clinical fundamentals.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate complex medical information for patient understanding.
Professionalism: A grounded, empathetic approach to patient care and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
