Senior Software Engineer - Back Office Team

At Factorial, we're looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a broad experience programming in Ruby on Rails to join our Back Office Team within the Platform Domain.

The Engineering team at large

At Factorial, we have a team of over 150 full-stack developers. We look for curious, proactive people with good soft and communication skills. The last one is the key in a distributed company.

Our stack in Ruby on Rails and React, since it's a team of new creation we'll need you to have previously worked with Ruby.

The Role

As a Senior Engineer at Factorial, you'll be part of a team of 150+ product developers. We look for talented people who are curious, proactive, and have great communication skills. People who are at the forefront of developing tools that help teams become the best versions of themselves.

You'll work in a multicultural, English-speaking environment where your technical acumen, creative problem-solving abilities, and passion for user-centric products will directly contribute to our mission of improving HR processes for SMEs worldwide. It’s your choice to work from home, in our Barcelona offices, or mixing both.

The team will be in charge of our BackOffice, the internal product used across the company that is key to manage our core operations and provide the best service to our end users.
