This role will have a significant focus on mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, finance, corporate governance, and general corporate legal work, while also supporting other legal matters as needs arise.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is a practical, business-minded attorney with at least 10 years of relevant legal experience, including significant experience with M&amp;A, complex commercial transactions, corporate matters, and finance-related work.
