Ready to shape what’s next?</p></div><p><strong>About the Role:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>We’re looking for a <strong>Growth Associate</strong> to build and foster relationships with our Bluevine customers. Where you will focus on building relations and understanding requirements to help business owners achieve their working capital goals using Bluevine’s financial solutions. In this role, you will form relationships with our existing lending customers to drive continuous use of Bluevine’s lending products and to cross-sell Bluevine’s other banking products. You will create meaningful experiences and deliver value to clients by providing products and services that meet their financial needs.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Anticipate business owners financial needs, and identify opportunities to expand account growth and product diversification</li> <li>Be a Champion in fostering customer relationships with business owners.</li> <li>Use sales engagement tools, lead-management software, and CRMs to optimize pipeline management.</li> <li>Engage with existing customers throughout their lifecycle to analyze current utilization and new opportunities to grow account</li> </ul> <p><strong>Role Competencies:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Results-Oriented</strong>.
