In this critical leadership role, you’ll oversee the design, execution, and optimization of Caliber’s health & welfare programs — ensuring they’re compliant, competitive, and aligned with our teammates’ needs.This is more than a benefits role — it’s an opportunity to influence strategy at scale and make a meaningful impact on the lives of thousands of teammates every day.What You’ll Do

• Lead the strategic design and management of Caliber’s health and welfare programs.
• Partner with executives and cross-functional leaders to align benefits, policies and program with company goals.
• Manage and mentor a team of passionate benefits professionals.
• Drive compliance with ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and state/federal leave laws.
• Strengthen relationships with consultants, vendors and carriers to ensure top-tier service delivery.

What You’ll Bring

• 5–7+ years of experience managing comprehensive benefit programs, including leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of health & welfare programs and leave and time-off policies.
• A proactive, strategic mindset and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels — from teammates to the C-suite.
• CEBS, GBA, or similar certification preferred.
