Board Certified Behavior Analyst | Clinical Supervisor

Impact lives as a BCBA Clinical Supervisor with Northway Academy!

The Clinical Supervisor collaborates with the team at Northway Academy to conduct functional behavior assessments, leading to the development of effective positive behavior support plans. The Clinical Supervisor supervises the BCBA’s at that site and together will also provide training to team members to reinforce implementation of the plans for the individuals we serve.

Salary: $80,000-$85,000 / $2,500 Sign-On Bonus + MONTHLY Service Delivery Incentive Package

Required Education and Experience:
• Master's in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Licensed by the Minnesota Board of Psychology is required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Operational experience in an applied setting is preferred

Personal Skills
• Skilled in written and oral communications and service development.
• An ability to establish rapport easily and build positive relationships with individuals and coworkers alike.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of behavior management principles, program development, and monitoring techniques.
• Strong customer service orientation and patience.
• A collaborative approach, creative and effective abilities in employee training.
