Who You’ll Work With:
The Advisor Technology team manages various tools designed to support advisor efficiency including Salesforce, iAdvisor, Calendly, Slack, etc. Using Agile Methodologies, the Salesforce Product Owner partners closely with Sales and Senior Management teams, Business Analysts, Technology, Marketing, and Investment Strategies to identify and implement the highest value-add functionality to support Wealth Advisors and the broader Private Wealth business.
What You’ll Do:
Lead all efforts to improve the Private Wealth Salesforce platform including managing updates, enhancements, prioritization, etc.
- Partner closely with Sales leadership and Wealth Advisors across the business to identify opportunities, document requirements, and implement functionality designed to support the sales process
- Work closely with Advisor Experience Product Manager to develop a strategic roadmap that aligns with business goals
- Develop, manage and support the use of Salesforce reports and Dashboards across the business
- Lead one-on-one and group sessions with Private Wealth business to assist with the utilization of digital tools to increase efficiency, primarily Salesforce
- Proactively engage with Wealth Advisors to better understand issues or gaps that might be impacting office adoption or understanding of how best to leverage Salesforce
- Partner with Marketing to support use and continued evolution of integrated marketing tools (such as Pardot) with Salesforce
- Work with developers and business collaborators to understand technical constraints, and uncover hidden assumptions and/or new possibilities for action
- Develop, maintain and execute strategy to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
- Coordinate with respective training teams and business analysts to develop and ensure execution of training new advisors and support team members
What We’re Looking For:
Ideal candidate should have a detailed knowledge of the Private Wealth Management business (services, procedures, wealth planning, etc.)
- 2-5 years’ experience in client-facing role in financial services, or equivalent experience in product management in another industry
- Ability to rapidly assess trade-offs, adjust priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for data-driven decision-making and ability to use analytics to improve outcomes
- Expert project management skills and experience executing projects in a flat-organized team environment
- Vision and passion for continuous improvement
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, communication and leadership skills as well as the ability to influence change in others
- Ability to work independently under pressure and as part of a team
- Proactive nature, strong attention to detail, and decision-making skills
- Persistence, resilience, and creativity to overcome obstacles and persevere until projects are delivered
- Strong Salesforce & Excel skills
- Experience with Agile Methodologies a plus
- Knowledge of SQL & Power BI a plus

Salary Disclosure
In accordance with applicable law, the minimum and maximum base annual salary for this role is as follows:
Base Salary Range: $95,000 to $110,000
Actual base salaries may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base salary is just one component of total compensation at AB, which may include, depending on eligibility, commissions, year-end incentive compensation, short- and long-term incentives and Department-specific awards.
