Production Specialist

Hey there! We're Bump Health - a women's healthcare company that's all about supporting expecting and new moms! We provide safe and healthy products, all-natural skin care products formulated for pregnancy, relaxing tea blends, access to free breast pumps, and more!

Our Operations team is the backbone of Bump Health. We are a group of innovative, critical thinkers on a mission to get Mom, Baby, and the Family the products and services they need. Role responsibilities vary greatly based on specialty, but each team member is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through careful planning, precise execution, and consistent quality assurance.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: picking and packing orders, inventory management, warehouse organization, labeling orders, etc.

Tasks:

• Pick and pack all orders
• Label and ship all orders
• Receive/count inbound shipments
• Count inventory
• Stock shelves
• Clean warehouse
• Manage inventory levels
• Manage warehouse supplies

Requirements

• Regular attendance and punctuality
• Fully utilize our systems, tools, training, and resources provided to maximize potential
• Able to lift over 50 lbs
• Assist other departments as needed
• Good decision making skills
• All employees must be able to relate well to customers and coworkers in an atmosphere of mutual respect
