Mission Program Strategy Professional (TS/SCI with FSP)

Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey—before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.

Work You’ll Do

As a Project Senior Manager, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation, on the project, you will:

• Bring deep mission expertise and knowledge of the broader global mission and commercial ecosystems by leveraging client specific tools and databases. 
• Proactively assess mission requirements and operating environment challenges to identify opportunities, risks, and dependencies while providing meticulous documentation.
•  Lead development and execution of strategy artifacts (e.g., strategic plan, implementation plan, governance, decision briefs) to drive alignment and accountability.

Qualifications

Required: 

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 10+ years of experience with record of planning, oversight, and executing complex client requirements 
• 5+ years of experience in government consulting or national security mission space.
• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly security clearance required
• Ability to perform job responsibilities within a work model that requires professionals to co-locate in person 5 days per week.
• Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred: 

• Experience with in analyzing drivers for innovation through data gathering and analysis
• Experience in assessing and integrating new technologies
