Overview

The Membership Experience Coordinator is responsible for conceptualizing, marketing, and executing innovative member programming to drive engagement and enhance the overall member experience. This role requires creativity, excellent organizational skills, and an outgoing personality to interact with members and ensure exceptional events that foster community and excitement. 

 

This role will pay an hourly wage of $20 to $22.

Responsibilities

Event Ideation & Execution 

  • Event Planning: 
  • Brainstorm, develop, and implement unique and engaging events tailored to the diverse interests of our members, including social gatherings, networking events, family activities, and community-focused programs. 
  • Develop detailed event plans, including budgets, timelines, logistics, and creative concepts. 
  • Coordinate all aspects of event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring smooth and seamless operations. 
  • Member Engagement During Events: 
  • Act as the face of the club during events, warmly welcoming members, fostering connections, and addressing their needs. 
  • Gather member feedback during and after events to continuously improve future programming. 
  • Vendor and Partner Coordination: 
  • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors and event partners to deliver high-quality experiences. 
  • Oversee vendor setup through AP, ensuring vendor compliance and timely processing of invoices. 

 

Event Marketing & Promotion  

  • Strategic Marketing: 
  • Create promotional materials for events, including emails, flyers, website updates, and social media content, ensuring consistency with the Club's brand and tone. 
  • Strategically prioritize events to determine which require extra marketing efforts based on Club goals and member interest. 
  • Collaborate with the Membership team to maximize event visibility and drive member attendance. 
  • Member Outreach: 
  • In partnership with the membership team, actively promote events through direct member communication, including personal invitations and follow-up reminders.

Systems Management & Reporting 

  • Input and manage event details in Club management systems to ensure accurate tracking of attendance, revenue, and feedback. 
  • Analyze event performance metrics and recommend improvements to drive engagement and enhance member satisfaction. 

 

Collaboration 

  • Work closely with the Membership Sales and Member Experience teams to align events with strategic membership goals. 
  • Partner with the Membership Assistant and other departments to ensure operational support for events and member programming.

  • Strong written communication skills, with experience creating promotional content. 
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to support events and member programming. 

 

Experience: 

  • Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or membership engagement is highly preferred.
