The Role
At Accent Brands, everything begins and ends with the customer. We’re looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead and elevate Lacoste’s retail performance across a portfolio of stores.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, commercially minded leader who thrives in a fast-paced apparel environment. You’ll play a critical role in driving sales, developing high-performing store leaders, and ensuring Lacoste’s premium brand standards are consistently delivered across your region.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a key leader within our retail structure, you will:
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers across your region to deliver strong sales results, KPIs, and customer experiences.
• Drive regional performance through effective execution of retail strategy, visual standards, and brand initiatives.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, capability building, and succession planning.
• Partner closely with Visual Merchandising, Training, Merchandise, and Operations teams to ensure flawless in-store execution.
• Analyse regional performance, identify opportunities, and implement action plans to drive growth and profitability.
• Champion exceptional customer experience, ensuring every store reflects Lacoste’s premium positioning and lifestyle ethos.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience (3–5+ years) as a Regional Manager or Senior Area Manager in multi-site apparel retail, ideally within premium or lifestyle brands.
• Strong people leadership capability, with a passion for coaching, developing talent, and building future leaders.
• Commercially astute, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable outcomes.
• A hands-on leader who balances operational excellence with brand execution.
• Confident communicator who can influence, inspire, and collaborate across teams.
