We take pride in fostering a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.</p></div><p>As a Principal Electrical Engineer you will be responsible for;</p> <ul> <li>Provides guidance, mentorship, and leadership to Electrical Engineers</li> <li>Oversees technical aspects of electrical designs for feasibility, viability, and function including facilitating concept, design, and test readiness reviews</li> <li>Manages technical execution of a program or programs, emphasis on electrical oversight</li> <li>Evaluates uncertainty and risks associated with requirements and designs</li> <li>Generates robust designs considering ESD, EMI, and challenging thermal environments</li> <li>Guides programs by providing formal peer review on other electrical engineer’s work</li> <li>Supports manufacturing, quality, and testing of designs from concept to delivery</li> <li>Supports and leads the testing and validation of an electrical component or subsystem</li> <li>Performs analysis of designs to ensure safe operation in meeting designated requirements</li> <li>Assists in establishing company engineering standards, training, and guidelines</li> <li>Provides technical support to customers</li> <li>Supports proposal/presentation preparation and business development activities</li> <li>Mentors and supports more junior engineers</li> <li>Assists in managing personnel, participating in candidate assessments, and conducting routine performance reviews</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications;</strong></p> <ul> <li>B.S. or M.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field</li> <li>Typically possesses 8+ years technical experience plus 1 year of management experience</li> <li>Detailed knowledge of military specifications and industry standards including IPC</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to manage and lead program technical execution</li> <li>Substant
