Overview
As part of a global IT team, the Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst will be responsible for an exceptional user experience and be the subject matter expert for Salesforce and related integrations. This role will be responsible for general administration, as well as researching, documenting, and implementing solutions within Salesforce. A successful person in this role will own all aspects of Salesforce, working across the company to discover needs and design solutions.
Typical Activities
- Configure, maintain, upgrade, and ensure optimal performance of Salesforce and related integrations
- Support all Salesforce initiatives and projects, acting as SME and liaison between IT and other teams
- Implement and maintain solutions via Flow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, dashboards, permission sets, roles, profiles, and reports
- Evaluate and install new Salesforce features and products
- Clean-up data and processes no longer used
- Troubleshoot issues, track and resolve defects, escalating as necessary
- Be a forum for new ideas by continuously identifying process and configuration improvements
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce admin and business analyst
- Deep expertise with Salesforce functionality and best practices
- Extensive experience integrating 3rd party apps and services into Salesforce such as NetSuite, Conga, and DocuSign
- Ability to juggle and prioritize tasks within a collaborative team environment
- Strong desire to continuously learn, grow, and adapt technical skills
- Detail oriented with strong documentation skills
- Ability to present and communicate complicated information in a simple way to team members and stakeholders
- Must be able to act as a proxy between stakeholders and developers
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology concentration OR equivalent experience
- Salesforce certifications are strongly preferred Developer/CPQ/Advanced Admin
- Experience with VisualForce/Apex/LWC strongly preferred
- Experience with Lightning and Cloud strongly preferred
